Floor Maintenance
Nothing shows off your office more than a well-maintained office floor. Our cleaners use state-of-the-art cleaning equipment that will definitely bring out the shine of your floors. Our services include floor stripping, waxing and buffing as well.
We follow a three-step floor stripping and waxing process:
- All dirt/debris, gum, etc. are removed from the floors by sweeping and mopping them
- An electric floor scrubber, wet-dry vacuum, and a specialized solution are used for stripping the floor and removing old wax buildup, scrape marks, and scuffs
- Finally, a neutralizer solution is applied so that the new floor finish will adequately adhere to the clean floor. The floors are then waxed to provide protection and shine to the floors
It is necessary that the old finish is stripped from the floor as, over time, they will give your floors a dull, hazy, or yellowed look. This can be quite hard to clean. The best solution is to strip the old finish from the floor and start over. Floor stripping also helps remove residue, glue, and scuff marks from new VCT flooring prior to sealing and applying additional coats of floor finish. Visiting customers will be able to notice the clean and new look to the floors! Buffing and/or burnishing provides a polished look, once the floors have been stripped and waxed.
Surface Cleaning
Some parts of the office will be left untouched. And if that happens, dust and dirt will gather and accumulate.
